Pre-Season Training

Schedule as follows:

September Dates

Saturday 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th - Training from 10am

Dates and times may change depending upon the weather

October Dates

Thursday 5th - Training from 4.30pm

Season Commences on 7th & 8th October - T/20 Weekend

Training Schedule for Season 2016/17

Mid-week training sessions this season will commence at 5.30pm. All players need to be there for the start of training and remain for the duration of the session. Please contact Adrian if you believe you have special circumstances that will not allow you to do this.

Season Training

Commencing on 10th October, training is held at Freebody Park Cricket Nets each Tuesday and Thursday.

Tuesdays - 5.30pm to 7pm

Thursdays - 5.30pm to 7pm

Training Structure

• Fitness circuit: 5mins of a circuit sprinting, push ups, squats, ladder running etc.

• Warm up: 20mins Soccer/AFL drills

• Fielding Circuit: 20mins high balls, flat catches, ground fielding etc

• Net session: 1hr (plus), constructed around what format we are playing T20 , one day, 2 day etc.
bowling machine and throw down net will be available.

The structure of training is designed to stay the same all season and will need everyone on board to keep it running to make the sessions professional and quality.

Training is open to all club members as well as players from the Junior Club.

Freebody Park is located in Richard Ave Crestwood.
